The class is held in our restaurants and features a local chef as the instructor. During the class, learn some basic cooking techniques depending on your previous experience, as well as a few neat little tricks. Recipes are provided for you to keep and the group enjoys a delicious meal of their own creation in the restaurant at the end of the season.
